VinFast has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Bespoke Logistics to create an integrated mobility processing center and an authorized service workshop for its electric motorcycles in the Philippines.
Details of the partnership and new facility
The agreement, signed in Manila on July 18, tasks Bespoke Logistics with operating a 20,000‑square‑meter center in Carmona City, Cavite Province. The site can store up to 30,000 vehicles and will handle warehousing, pre‑delivery inspection, technical preparation, yard management and transportation of the brand’s electric motorcycles before they reach customers.
Both parties say the arrangement will improve operational efficiency and help keep vehicle quality consistent. The company’s Deputy CEO of Global Aftersales Service, Mr. Bui Viet Hung, noted that “world‑class products must be supported by robust infrastructure and exceptional aftersales services.”
Under the deal, VinFast will also provide technician training, certification programs and standardized operating procedures to Bespoke Logistics. A parts supply system for after‑sales support will be set up alongside these initiatives.

Implications for the local electric‑motorcycle market
The new center gives the automaker a domestic foothold for its expanding electric‑motorcycle ecosystem. By handling inspection and preparation locally, it hopes to shorten delivery lead times and assure customers that each bike meets international standards.
VinFast has been building a green‑mobility network across Southeast Asia, partnering with firms such as Green GSM and V‑Green. The collaboration with Bespoke Logistics is part of a broader strategy that includes battery‑swapping models, a growing distribution network and plans to add electric cars, bicycles and buses to its product line.
For riders, the practical effect is a smoother hand‑over experience. When a bike arrives at the service workshop, it will have already passed a thorough pre‑delivery inspection and received any necessary software updates, reducing the chance of early‑stage issues. This could make electric motorcycles more attractive to commuters who value reliability.
Bespoke Logistics brings experience with other automotive brands, offering a portfolio that includes pre‑delivery inspection, warehousing and vehicle yard management. Its President and CEO, Mr. Allan A. Mina, said the firm is “committed to operating the facility in accordance with VinFast’s international standards while continuously enhancing our team’s capabilities.”

The company’s approach mirrors a trend among EV makers to localize logistics and service functions. By establishing a dedicated processing hub, it reduces dependence on overseas shipping for final checks, a step that can lower costs and simplify supply‑chain management.
Efficiency at the new hub may also help meet growing demand as battery‑swapping motorcycles roll out across the archipelago.
Future investment could follow if the facility proves effective, encouraging the development of charging stations and battery‑swap sites that remain limited in many regions.
VinFast’s broader expansion plan includes rapid growth of its dealership network worldwide and increased production capacity in key markets. The Philippines center adds a tangible piece to that puzzle, aligning with its goal of making electric vehicles accessible to a wider audience.
